You retain all ownership rights to the content (images, videos, text) you upload to create your wedding invitations. However, by uploading content, you grant InviteShaadi a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display this content specifically for the purpose of your digital invitation.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

InviteShaadi offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features (such as custom domains, advanced analytics, and removal of watermarks) require an active paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through our third-party gateways (Razorpay/Stripe). Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, generally provided within 7 days of purchase if the service is unused.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Upload offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material without permission.
• Spam guests or harvest contact information (emails, phone numbers) for marketing purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the templates or software.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for your digital invitations. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and will not be held liable for temporary downtimes caused by maintenance or factors beyond our control.
